For clients who purchase new equipment and want parts and labor warranty coverage with annual tune-ups

Every manufacturer recommends that their furnaces, boilers, or air conditioners be properly cleaned and checked every year.  Most manufacturer warranties could be voided if proper cleaning and inspections are not done for the duration of the warranty.

Most manufacturers cover parts only during the warranty period. Labor charges to replace warranted parts can be more expensive than the parts. At Midland Heating we have gone above and beyond your equipment manufacture’s warranty to cover any potential labor costs during the warranty period. In order for us to do this we recommend you have us inspect and tune your equipment annually.
