Every manufacturer recommends that a furnace, boiler, or air conditioner be properly cleaned and checked every year. Surveys conducted by a leading alternative energy company have shown that most heating and cooling systems do not perform to manufacturers' specifications. Of the systems tested, 90% were found to have efficiency problems, 60% had inadequate airflow, and more than 80% were operating in adverse conditions, resulting in excessive energy consumption and early mechanical failures.
We have all learned the value of changing the oil and doing routine maintenance to our cars. We avoid potential problems and our cars last longer. Your furnace, boiler and air conditioner are no different. Routine maintenance ensures that your equipment is running safely and efficiently. Over 75% of costly furnace, boiler, or air conditioning repairs are due to lack of maintenance. Improve your family’s comfort and protect your investment by having your furnace, boiler and air conditioner tuned up on an annual basis.

Every manufacturer recommends that their furnaces, boilers, or air conditioners be properly cleaned and checked every year. Most manufacturer warranties could be voided if proper cleaning and inspections are not done for the duration of the warranty.
Most manufacturers cover parts only during the warranty period. Labor charges to replace warranted parts can be more expensive than the parts. At Midland Heating we have gone above and beyond your equipment manufacture’s warranty to cover any potential labor costs during the warranty period. In order for us to do this we recommend you have us inspect and tune your equipment annually.
